Landscape Supervisor

Up to $5000/year in Performance Bonuses!

What We Offer:

• This position is full-time, hourly, up to $80k yearly.
• Monday – Friday.
• Benefits included are weekly pay, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, paid holidays, year-round employment, time and half for snow pay, paid training, and company match 401k!

What You'll Do:

• Direct the construction of hardscape, landscapes, drainage, sod, and lighting for residential and commercial projects.
• Instruct and direct the work of a crew to bring jobs to completion on time and within budget while maintaining accurate records.
• Work with crew members and management on training and goal setting for career growth.
• Routinely interact with clients by way of introductions at the beginning of a job, answering questions, responding to client requests, and providing a walk-through at the job’s completion.
• Drive company trucks, trailers, and equipment daily.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in professional landscape, hardscape, or drainage. Leadership experience is a must!
• Knowledgeable of landscaping plants, annuals, perennials, and horticultural practices.
• Proficient with the process of installing hardscapes from start to finish.
• Able to operate mechanical equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, mini excavators, bobcats, and mini skid steers.
• Advanced working knowledge of materials and tools used in concrete.
• The hustle to complete work within a time-sensitive schedule.
• Able to meet and exceed expectations for efficiency and quality.

The Basics:

• Must possess a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• Must be physically able to perform duties and enjoy working outdoors year-round.
• Assist with snow and ice removal in the winter, along with varied duties.
