Job description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Account Manager. The Account Manager is a full-time salary responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships within the maintenance division.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility is to manage and facilitate the needs of all your assigned properties.
- With these assigned properties, you will be the direct point of contact for the customer and will be responsible for all their property needs. This includes weekly inspections of the property.
- You are expected to follow the budgeted rates on each of your properties. You will be expected to find ways to help make the crews more productive if a job is over budget. (Watch, support, and correct them)
- You are expected to look for ongoing opportunities to upsell your client base.
- You’ll be expected to work closely with your assigned crew leaders and technicians and to be heavily involved in the management of quality control, planning, safety, and overall adhere to the best practices that the company/industry has in place. This includes scheduling of labor, material, etc.
- Learning and mastering our company software.

Experience required:
- At least three years of maintenance account management (commercial accounts preferred).
- An ability to forge long-lasting client relationships
- Experiencing managing a high volume of individual accounts
- Open communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual preferred (not required)
- A clean RMV driving record
