Alexander’s Property Maintenance is a complete-service property maintenance landscaping company. Our corporate office is located in Largo, FL. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ground Maintenance production Manager to join our team in Ruskin, Fl.

Specific Responsibilities/Requirements:

· Understand customer needs via regular communication with the Account Manager.

· Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet customer and Alexander’s standards.

· Regularly communicate with customers about routine items, supporting the Account Manager in providing quality customer service.

· Manage all landscape services, including the coordination of all materials, production staff, and equipment required to produce quality work.

· Inspect properties prior to scheduled service in order to properly prepare a specific action plan for service. Adjust schedule as needed and follow up.

· Clarify daily expectations received from Account Managers/GM and explain to crew leaders.

· Monitor all aspects of the landscape and identify insect and disease problems.

· If necessary, perform hands on work with the crews to meet work and scheduling demands.

· Implement and enforce Alexander’s policies and procedures related to proper upkeep and maintenance, storage, use and training required for branch equipment.

· Work with Account Managers/GM to identify staffing needs, hire new crew members and prepare daily crew schedules

· Ensure proper paperwork is completed for all employee changes and new hires.

· Hands-on training and support of crew members including proper operation of equipment, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards.

· Strong emphasis on safety and the monitoring of safety records.

· Order materials as needed, monitor costs and deliveries associated with enhancements and assist Enhancement Managers/GM with landscape projects.

· Assists Management in conducting and/or supervising weekly tailgate meetings with crews.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
