We are accepting applications for the right candidate(s) to join the Hometown family. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an additional team to assist us in providing exceptional customer service. Experience is preferred but not required as we are always ready to help the right candidate grow with us! You must be a detail oriented, self-motivated and goal-oriented person. This position offers competitive pay with various hour availabilities with some weekends and overtime often available. Even commission opportunities! Come grow with us! Positions may also have opportunities to assist with other divisions tasks.

General tasks include- Performing weekly mowing, trimming, spring and fall clean ups, weekly maintenance of equipment, mulching, pruning, plant installation. Driver's license preferred and experience driving truck and trailer a plus. Exeperience is not required but ideal candiates will have 1+ years verifiable experience. Must be able to work independently when needed! Attention to detail and willing to learn is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fitchburg, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
