Starbucks Corporation (2018) 5 Cal.5th 829 (departing from the federal de minimus rule with respect to wages) -- undoubtedly one of the most important cases in the last 50 years. Our victory also extended to the FCRA in Gilberg v. California Check Cashing, Inc., 913 F.3d 1169 (2019), which expanded the Ninth-Circuit’s holding in Syed v. M-I, LLC, 853 F.3d 492 (2017).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Law Clerk - Duties to Perform

• Legal research
• Drafting and responding to discovery
• Drafting discovery motions and other briefs in State and Federal Court
• Taking and drafting class member declarations
• Interviewing clients, witnesses and others

We are mainly looking for applicants who are currently attending an ABA-Accredited Law school. Please contact us promptly if you are qualified and interested in our current opening for a Summer Law Clerk with potential to be hired as a Junior Associate Attorney upon successfully passing the Bar.
