BEGINNING POSITION DETAILS :

• Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect control applications for our residential customers
• Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services and make commission on sales that you make
• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (varies throughout the season)
• Salary: $16 - $18/ hr average

Weed Man is looking for individuals who meet the following:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Clean driving record and insurable under company provider, reliable transportation
• Available to work evening hours, flexible hours available on weekends!
• Ability to work outside in a wide range of weather conditions
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment

Our goal is to provide career minded individuals the tools and skills necessary to manage a department or branch within 1-2 years

Supplemental Pay

• Commission
• Six month company wide bonuses
