We are seeking a sales leader to join our team. This position will be responsible for all aspects of running daily salon counter, when the Salon Manager is not available. These various responsibilities will include:

• Resolving Customer Challenges
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of salon
• Educating customers for value associated with packages and services.
• Meeting weekly and monthly sales goals
• Providing exceptional customer service

Our ideal candidate is confident, sales driven, and goal focused. Upbeat personality and teamwork mentality are a must!

Additional responsibilities include:

• Weekly Inventory Counts
• Monitoring and communicating various sales metrics to Salon Manager
• Assisting Salon Manager in providing consistent, premium experiences for all clientele.
• Leading the salon in package sales, and holding team accountable if goals are not met

Scheduled hours approx 35-40/weekly and do include nights and weekends at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
