Lead Concierge
REPORTS TO: Regional Manager or VP of Radkin
SUPPORTS: Building Management

POSITION SUMMARY: Radkin the Premier Residential Services provider is seeking a professional individual with an amazing smile and superior customer service skills to train and service one of our luxury residential high-rises. This well-established high-rise requires a self-motivated individual to assist in handling requests from community residents, guests, and property management. The Lead Concierge should project a professional and friendly image that complements the property through appearance, performance, and service orientation.
SPECIFIC TASKS:
  • Indirectly reports to High-Rise Management through Radkin.
  • Assists with reviewing residential leases.
  • Oversee the maintaining of updated/current homeowner mailing addresses, contacts, and e-mail addresses.
  • Oversee the maintaining of updated storage and parking assignment log to be distributed periodically to all departments.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish stock as needed.
  • Monitor and respond necessary communication from residents.
  • Contractor insurance certificates maintained in a separate binder to be periodically checked for expiration of coverage.
  • Scheduling of move-ins and deliveries.
  • Work orders and maintenance requests are to be filled out and forwarded to Maintenance and GM for handling
  • Maintain the office space in a tidy and orderly condition.
  • File documents and related documents in respective files.
  • Assist with the orientation of new homeowners and their transition onto the property.
  • Becoming familiar with the governing documents and rules and regulations of the condominium and assisting with their enforcement.
  • Maintaining a continuous line of open communication with the GM relating to matters of the operation, achieved through daily briefings.
  • Performs other job-related duties as directed by the General Manager and Radkin.
  • Maintaining a flexible professional approach and outlook to the ever-changing demands of the position.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including hire dates.
  • Prepares and coordinates a 24 hour, 7 days a week schedule.
  • Monitors staffs’ performance and counsels as necessary.
  • Ensures that concierge staff maintains a polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Trains and Supervises Concierge Staff.
  • Prepares and submits corrected payroll to Radkin by due dates.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

Previous concierge or customer service experience.
Genuine interest working in a residential setting.
A high level of confidentiality.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable using basic computer skills.
The desire to learn, and deliver excellent customer service.
