Job Description


We are looking for a customer-facing Lead Creative Technologist - Front-End Developer who can convert ambiguous problem statements in to differentiated products or solutions through user research, robust product strategy, elegant design and implementation.

Focus 80% of the time with project planning & execution, 20% research & development

  • Collaborate well with diverse stakeholders such as Architects, product owners, Agile Coaches and Customer executives to embed design thinking principle into every stage of engagements.
  • Contribute with pre-sales activities, with urgency and iteratively by preparing presentation decks articulating product or solution value proposition, design and scope
  • Lead and facilitate design thinking workshops to help identify problem statements, use cases, business goals and priorities.
  • Lead the creation of Designs, POC, MVPs and execution with an array of Bas, developers and designers
  • Lead the development teams along each part of the project, ensuring that we implement the best tools and practice
  • Share knowledge, inspire, and educate internal teams
  • Contribute to the standardization and refinement of best practices & templates
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (other Bosh engineering teams, customers, vendors etc.)

**Up to 50% travel within US and Canada, is required to support pre-sales and or to deliver consulting engagements


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, System Designs or business
  • 5+yrs experience in UX and UI design and implementation
  • Wireframing tools such as Axure and Balsamiq, and app-prototyping tools like Flinto, Sketch, InVision etc.
  • Front-End development tools, such as: Java Script, Angular, Node, React, Vue. Js, Atom, Git, HTML5 Boilerplate, Google Fonts, Bootstrap, Less, jQuery etc
  • Creative frameworks such as Cinder, Processing, Touch Designer, C++, C#, Graphics Programming (GL, HLSL, GPGPU), etc
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills a must
