The Lead Generation Agent will work with our clients to contact interested parties and schedule appointments for their outside sales team. This position can be full- or part-time and has some flexibility with schedule. Work from home (approximately 80% of the time) is possible after initial training and proven proficiency. A successful candidate will have above average verbal and written communication skills, good general computing knowledge (MS Office, Gmail), an understanding of client data, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and enjoys working and talking with people. What you will do:

• Perform research on prospects
• Telephone/email prospects to learn more about their needs and identify decision makers
• Document calls in a CRM system
• Work closely with client's sales team

What we need from you:

• 2-3 years sales, marketing, or other customer-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills
• Superior telephone skills/etiquette
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and CRM experience)
• CRM systems experience preferred
• Ability to think creatively
• Self-starter, team player, with a strong desire to succeed
