We service territory in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Our product is exclusive, highly desirable, and we take pride in delivering excellence. The Inside Sales Manager is a fully remote position, however it would require travel to our location in Massachusetts several times per year. Applicants are asked to live within a 5 hour drive time to Boston, Massachusetts.

We’re looking for an exceptional individual, someone who wants to demonstrate their confidence in their work ethic, share their experience as a leader, and get hands on to build a top brand in our industry. You’ll work hand in had with the Director of Sales, Production Director, CEO, as well as a dedicated staff to support your strategic efforts. You’ll develop a marketing plan, build standard operating procedures, identify and maintain key performance indicators, and execute our marketing strategy. You’ll work directly with the CEO and advise on new opportunities and plan development for new initiatives as we grow.

Our business model is unlike other traditional marketing roles and prioritizes residential lead generation direct with home owners. We have extensive experience and expertise at your disposal, you will bring your intense desire to create something meaningful. Much of our process and model will require training and acclimation that will be provided in your initial onboarding. As our brand grows, this position will develop new markets and additional revenue sources.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage our inside sales team and marketing agents.
  • Deliver on budget performance targets.
  • Report all marketing data, and communicate performance.
  • Manage, train, hire, and motivate staff
  • Manage digital advertising budgeting and quality control
  • Manage the company’s stellar online reputation
  • Develop new and out of the box lead generation strategies
  • Diversify, manage, and maintain strict performance of lead sources
  • Work with the sales team to ensure the highest qualified lead and meeting appointment capacity
  • Manage and leverage businesses systems and technical applications pertaining to automation of marketing processes
  • Cultivate and develop strong leadership and management techniques personally and within your staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or >5 years of relevant job experience in upper management
  • Experience with paid and targeted social media posts
  • Familiar with Monday.com platform
  • Experience with SEO and PPC advertising
  • Some experience with website development
  • Exceptional computer skills (Apple)
  • Expertise working with Google docs and Excel
  • Experience with working with a CRM system
  • Experience with outbound, inbound calling, and customer service
  • Exceptional track record of self starting and independently motivated work
