Job Type: Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Benefits available for full time employees (40 hour per week)

Patient Type:

• Seniors

Common start and end time

• 12pm to 9pm on Friday
• 9am to 9pm Saturday
• 9am to 9pm Sunday

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age with verifiable experience.
• Interest in the commitment to serve and improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental, physical, mental disabilities or people who are looking for companionship time.
• Be kind, compassionate, dependable, punctual, and caring.
• Be of good moral character and are passionate about helping others.
• Have a clean dependable vehicle, current driver’s license, and maintained throughout employment.
• Must be able to pass a background check

At Home By Choice Home Care LLC is a home care agency located in Crown Point, IN serving NW Indiana in Lake and Porter counties. We are growing fast, promoting, and looking for experienced caregivers to join our team.
