As Coupa continue to grow we need a detail-focused individual to help ensure all closed business is correctly audited and ensure that customers get access to our products on time and with no errors.
As a Business Operations Specialist you will be working with a global team to update, review, analyse and correct all closed / won Salesforce opportunities on a daily basis. The order management team will take ownership of all opportunities post the order form is signed to ensure all relevant fields are updated on the Salesforce record within 24 hours.
The position will also be supporting the overall provisioning process, ensuring the delivery of subscription products to the customer in accordance with our documented process. This includes ensuring accurate entitlements analysis and coordination with the revenue and FP&A teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial planning. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for ensuring an accurate and aligned process, will be able to support the CVM and Sale teams with contract and entitlement questions, and optimally maintain the accuracy of our global customer entitlement records.
How You Will Impact Coupa Every Day
- Analyse all closed / won Salesforce opportunities on a daily basis ensuring accuracy against a set list of audit/checks
- Adhere to 24 hours SLA and over >95% percent accuracy for all opportunities reviewed
- Ensure proper revenue documentation is obtained and attached for all closed / won Salesforce opportunities in a timely manner
- Maintain contract and subscriptions records for all active customer accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support customer provisioning process to ensure correct products are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
- Support and analyze, acquisition/integrations for provisioning, CPQ / entitlement tracking, and overall order management process
- Partner with Deal Desk and Business Application team on future improvements to the provisioning and CPQ process
- Support Operations related projects and analysis as deemed necessary by supporting manager/operations team
What You Will Bring to Coupa
- Experience in finance or business operations
- Ability to think outside the box, with a keen focus on operational efficiency.
- Experience with standard software tools (Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana etc.).
- Highly productive and proactive with minimal oversight.
- Ability to multitask / work on several tasks at the same time
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively between all levels within the organization.
- Hands-on: willingness to roll up your sleeves on all projects regardless of scope.
- Salesforce CPQ experience
