Position: Lead Pest Control Technician

Pay Rate: $15.73 Hourly

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Classification: Full-Time / Permanent

Responsible for locating, identifying, destroying, controlling, and repelling pests. Sprays or releases chemical solutions or toxic gases and set traps to kill pests and vermin, such as mice, termites, and roaches that infest building and surrounding areas.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Service Tech license is required
Certified Applicator license is desirable
One year pertinent experience desirable
Must have valid driver’s license
The following certifications must be obtained within one year of employment or other allowable period of hire as authorized by the Executive Director or his/her designee.

• Fair Housing
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT)
• Uniform Physical Condition Standard (UPCS)
