All Dry Services is looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team! Our company provides water damage restoration and mold remediation services to the Greater Boston area. Seeking someone with restoration, demolition, and/or cleaning experience that can be a lead technician or quickly grow into the role. Must be professional, courteous, and have a customer service mindset as you will be interacting directly with the customers in their homes. Must be able to work effectively independently as well as with a team! Competitive pay offered with potential for full time and salaried positions for tenured technicians. Responsibilities will include:

• Clock in and out
• Maintain uniform & professional appearance
• Operate and maintain readiness of work vehicle and equipment
• Perform remediation work based on assigned job
• Supervise, lead, and train subordinate technicians in crew
• Complete all required logs and checklists required on jobs
• Any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager

Must have drivers license with good driving record and means of travel to office or job site. Must live within/near service area in order to be able to respond quickly to calls.
