Key Roles of a Restore Lead Hyper Wellness Representative

• Sell packages and memberships and coach team around sales goals
• Provide tours to new clients focused on their wellness goals
• Partner with management team to own lead conversions
• Help clients over the phone, return voicemails, and facilitate the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
• Ensure all clients are cleared for booked services
• Check in with Restore members regularly to ensure theyre achieving their health and wellness goals
• Perform opening and closing procedures including using task lists and KPI sales dashboards
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees
• Master Hyper Wellness Representative skills and can train new staff on best practices Assist the management team with store marketing and community outreach
• Train and be a role model to new Hyper Wellness Representatives through on the job training and shadowing
• Performs management duties while management team is off site or out of the building
• Own the stores social media outreach and presence
• Lead on the floor and embody Restores core values by representing the brands core values, mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued and recognized for his/her contributions

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Restore Lead Hyper Wellness Representative

• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
• Youre passionate about health and wellness
• Genuine interest in making peoples lives better
