Chick-fil-A of Ammon has developed a leadership program to fast track your way to Director leadership in our restaurants. You will go through extensive hands-on training in our restaurants for front and back of house, while also completing online training. Once your training is complete in all areas of the restaurant, you will learn how to apply leadership skills and concepts to lead a shift and eventually lead a restaurant in our organization or as a franchisee leading your own organization.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.
