About the Opportunity
Deloitte has a great opportunity for an experienced Learning Business Partner who is committed to delivering a first class service and is motivated to succeed in a fast paced, innovative and collaborative environment. This role provides the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the continued and future success of the firm and the People & Purpose function. The Learning Business Partner will have responsibility for partnering with the business to design and implement a learning strategy that enables the business to effectively achieve its ambition and targets. This position will be reporting to the Senior Learning Manager.
The main responsibilities will be:
  • Build a strong understanding of the commercial strategy and where learning can support this, in order to deliver effective solutions.
  • Partner with the business to design and deliver best in class learning interventions aligned with their commercial and people needs.
  • Assist the business in the planning and management of learning strategy in line with business strategy.
  • Support the business in driving a culture of continuous, self-driven learning.
  • Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the business, the wider People & Purpose team and across Deloitte global networks.
  • Ensure the highest standards in the design and facilitation of key skills development programmes.
  • Ensure suitable metrics are in place to track and evaluate the impact of learning interventions.
  • Design effective learning interventions using the right blend of experiential, virtual and self-guided resources to deliver the required impact.
  • Stay abreast of developments within the field of learning, bringing the outside in, in terms of thought leadership and best practices and innovation.
  • Manage relationship with vendors to ensure best in class providers are selected to tender for proposals and that these relationships are managed and reviewed on an ongoing basis

About you
To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
  • Experience and track record of working in a fast-paced and complex working environment managing multiple priorities and competing demands.
  • 5+ years working in learning, organisational development, employee experience, or related people discipline
  • Critical thinker who looks for effective evidence-based solutions and is willing to challenge the business to get to the best solution
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels
  • Proven skills in learner-centred programme facilitation and design (both classroom and virtual) essential.
  • Comfortable with using digital tools and building blended learning solutions.
  • Proven skills partnering with business
  • Strong programme management experience.
  • Experience of cultural or strategic transformation projects.
  • Strong communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Inclusive leader who applies an inclusion lens to interpersonal interactions and solutions.
  • Some experience in developing learning for client facing audiences
  • Proactive and collaborative team player with a strong focus on delivering to high standards.
  • Problem solver
