- Senior Learning & Development Specialist.
- Develop effective & engaging learning solutions.
- Design & implement virtual & in-person new hire onboarding, team building etc.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions for business impact.
- Market available learning opportunities to staff.
- Measure & continually improve effectiveness of training & development initiatives.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/L&D or related discipline.
- 8yrs experience in a similar line of work.
- Knowledge of L&D best practice & trends.
