Leasing Agent Job Summary: A Baldwin County Apartment Community is looking for dependable, reliable, and detail-orientated candidates that are experienced in assisting Property Managers and residents.

Leasing Agent Requirements:

· Twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, crouch on a frequent basis

· Use hands and feet simultaneously for repetitive movements

· Using proper technique must be able to lift 25lbs

· Standing, walking, or operating phones, computer, and various software for extended periods of time (at least 2 hours of continuous work between breaks in activity)

· Work in a climate controlled leasing office

Schedule: Weekends are required!

Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sunday: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $14/HR

Position Type: Evaluation Hire, Full Time

Leasing Agent Qualifications:

• Ability to operate a computer and various Microsoft Products
• Ability to read, count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly
• Proficient knowledge of leasing practicing
• Must have 1 year experience as a leasing agent with an Apartment Community!
• Ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety while performing tasks
• Must have reliable transportation
