The Office Assistant will perform a variety of operational duties as they relate to Property Management and will report to the Office Manager. This position will perform general clerical duties including: answering phones, data entering into spreadsheets and specific office software “Propertyware” (will train), assist with maintenance department data entry, and showings of properties and other duties as needed (will train).
This is a Full-time non-exempt position. Due to the nature and requirements of the position, the hours will typically be Monday through Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm, with rare weekend emergency appointments if required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · General clerical duties
· Answering phone calls and voicemails
· Responding to emails
· Verifying and entering maintenance invoices daily
· Assisting with applications and showings as needed
· Assisting in scheduling maintenance as needed
· Maintaining the keys for all properties
· Date entry
· Inspections of all homes and apartments when needed

· Must have a smartphone
· Must have general computer skills
· Neat, clean and appropriate appearance
· Ability to greet the public in a cheerful and helpful manner
· Should possess a strong aptitude to problem solve

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
