TruHome is looking for a full-time & part-time leasing agent to join our team!The ideal candidate will have:
Sales experience
Previous leasing experience
Outgoing personality
Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Willing to train the right person, who is eager to learn
Job duties include:
Scheduling and Conducting Showings with prospective tenants
Processing Applications
Reviewing and Updating Marketing Information
Coordinate Move ins
Property/Unit Inspections
General Office work
Starting at $15/hr + commission depending on experience. Normal hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm. Weekends and Evenings by appointment only.
Benefits include: Cell Phone Allowance, Mileage Reimbursement, Dental/Vision, and Paid Time Off/Holidays.
