Waller Group is a boutique multifamily property management company. We operate roughly 1,000 units throughout Texas and have had consistent 40% growth year over year. We are looking for an enthusiastic, thorough, and dedicated Leasing Professional to join our team!

The Leasing Professional is responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring company standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. This position is responsible for leasing several properties throughout Dallas and the surrounding areas, and travel between the properties for tours may be required.

• Greet prospective residents and pre-qualify by covering the rental criteria and Statement of Leasing
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork
• Record all telephone, email and in-person guest card activity daily
• Inspect make ready units and communicate maintenance items that need to be addressed immediately
• Manage prospect applications, secure deposit and app/admin fees at the time of leasing.
• Ensure credit screening is completed within 3 days for final approval
• Update availability report and communicate variances with Management
• Monitor advertising and verify each vacant home is listed on all marketing sites as applicable
• Conduct inspections of apartment communities and report lease violations as required
• Other duties as assigned

• Full understanding of Fair Housing guidelines and comfortability interacting with prospects, residents, and vendors.
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to build positive relationships, prioritize tasks, and communicate with prospective residents
• Ability to travel via car or plan for company-required training or business as needed
• Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and thorough note taking/task completion skills
• Must be able to understand residential contracts and leases, as well as present and answer questions.

• Property management experience
• Experience with Onesite, Appfolio, or Resman softwares
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Leasing Commissions - $100.00/Lease
• $150.00 Flat Fee for Single Family Home leases
