We are a growing, national property management firm seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for 230-unit multi-family community in High Point, NC. The candidate must have proven multi-family, conventional experience in a competitive market. The candidate must be self-motivated, organized, resourceful, have great customer service skills, and learn quickly.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet residents, prospects, and vendors in office and on the phone
• Conducting all leasing activities, including showing units, follow-up with prospects, and marketing
• Have a high lead-to-lease closing ratio
• Process applications; collect employment/income information; and complete landlord verifications
• Focus on retention activities including lease renewals and identifying community events to foster a feeling of community
• Establishing and maintaining good rapport and communication with residents, vendors, staff, and other customers as needed
• Complete reports as requested by property manager
• Follow all policies and procedures and follow all Fair Housing guidelines

The ideal candidate must be reliable and can successfully multi-task. Ideally, the best leasing consultant position would have at least 1-2 years of management and leasing experience in conventional community and can thrive in a fast paced office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
