As a Leasing Consultant, you will assist people in finding their new home at our community. This process starts at the time they inquire about living with us and continues through their years at our community. The best leasing consultants continue the relationship to ensure the resident’s needs are met so they enjoy high quality of community living and feeling of home.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist prospects and residents by providing outstanding customer service.
• Lease apartments
• Build lasting relationships with residents
• Renew existing leases
• Conduct market research and be familiar with competing communities rates and amenities
• Assist with business outreach marketing
• Help plan and participate in resident events and activities
• Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Friendly, Professional personality
• Experience preferred but willing to train the right person
• Strives to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Products
• Motivated to meet or exceed goals
• 2+ years of leasing in multifamily housing or high-end hospitality/sales experience
• Experience with Yardi/ Entrata highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
