Prior leasing experience preferred.

*Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

*Two (2) years of experience in previous relevant customer service

*Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community

*Participate in outreach marketing activities on a regular basis to obtain prospective residents *Resident retention Qualified candidates will be self-starters with at least 2 years of sales-related experience.

Previous apartment leasing experience with proven, exceptional closing skills preferred.
