We are looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team and help manage the leasing process for our property. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting tours of the property, providing information to prospective tenants, negotiating leases, and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have an understanding of multi-family industry. Candidate will work directly with the current office team to achieve goals and ensure our residents receive the best customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units
• Following up on leads for potential renters
• Performing background checks, credit checks, and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified
• Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations
• Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues
• Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service
• Maintaining community facilities such as office, model, package centers, and fitness center to ensure they "sparkle" for tenants and prospects
• Any additional tasks necessary to ensure success of on-site team and community

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
