Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of Lewis, one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking a professional, personable sales superstar for the important full-time career of LEASING CONSULTANT for our beautiful community, Santa Barbara at Chino Hills, CA.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: You will be in charge of sales and marketing methods to provide superior service to potential and current residents of our upscale apartment communities. You will be required to meet sales goals, leasing ratios and maintain milestones in customer service and resident satisfaction, throughout the sales process.

YOUR PAY: In addition to a competitive starting hourly salary of $20/hour, Lewis offers a strong commission structure leading you to an annual salary potential of mid $40k - mid $50k+/year to start, or more depending on your community and performance.
