OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team in [city, state]. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to potential and current residents, assisting in the leasing process, and helping to maintain the overall appearance and operations of the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

? Greet potential residents and provide them with information about the community and available apartments.

? Answer phones and respond to emails and inquiries from current and potential residents.

? Conduct property tours and show available apartments to potential residents.

? Assist with leasing applications and move-in paperwork.

? Follow up with potential residents to encourage lease signing.

? Assist with resident renewals and move-out paperwork.

? Assist with resident communication, such as notices and newsletters.

? Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.

? Contribute to the upkeep and overall appearance of the community, including helping to maintain the model unit and other common areas.

? Assist with organizing community events and outreach efforts to attract potential residents.

QUALIFICATIONS

? High school diploma or equivalent

? Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Strong organizational and time-management skills.

? Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

? Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

? Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
