The On-Site Leasing Representative is the owner of the customer relationship, from the initial marketing contact through the lifecycle of their residency. Emphasis will be placed on strong sales skills, achieving targeted goals and delivering exceptional customer service for current and prospective residents. Our Westchester County developments in White Plains and Yonkers are nearing completion and will be leasing up soon.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25 per hour depending on location, plus significant incentive compensation. Full benefits packages.

The essential job functions for this role include:

• Contact prospective residents, create guest cards, and input their information into database.
• Conduct presentations of the building’s amenities and apartments to prospective residents.
• Assist prospective residents with the application process.
• Conduct lease signing and ensure accuracy of all lease documents.
• Ensure approved applicants’ move-in process is smooth.
• Research and produce comparable (comp) reports.
• Complete weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
• Communication with residents regarding maintenance issues, lease renewals, and resolve any concerns.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure that the apartment community is meeting targeted occupancy and revenue goals.
• Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed and when requested.

Essential qualifications for this role include:

• 2-4 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
• Experience in an on-site property management leasing office.
• Technical experience with application processing software strongly preferred (i.e. CRM (LUV), On-Site and Yardi).
• Knowledgeable of the Westchester residential rental market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to learn various property management systems.
• All candidates are required to hold a valid NYS real estate license or be able to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment (Costs for obtaining new licensing is reimbursable).
• All active license holders must register their license with Rose Associates upon hire.
• Weekends are required. Leasing offices are open every Saturday and Sunday.
• Work authorization (required).
