Abrivia has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join their client a financial services organisation in South Dublin. This is a great opportunity for you to develop your skills in a Legal setting.
The Role:
- Providing full administrative support to the teams
- Initial drafting and preparation of documentation
- Conduct research to support the progression of cases.
- Liaising with external parties
- Collate information for internal update reports to ensure that relevant information is provided to management and other relevant stakeholders as required.
The Candidate:
- Min 1 year experience working an administrative or legal related role.
- Third level Degree in Law (LLB or BA) or Post Grad Legal Qualification
- Good interpersonal skills and prior experience of working in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication and administration skills.
- Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong Research skills
- Ability to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines
