We're currently seeking a Level 3 Project Manager

Position Summary:

Oversees the schedule and quality control for multiple large to midsized projects. Coordinates the production and quality of project documents. Provides oversight and monitoring of work of design groups.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 2 direct report and 3 indirect reports
  • Assist the Project Lead responsible for meeting project deadlines, budget and quality standards
  • Adhere to and enforce established standards, procedures and workflow criteria
  • Conduct site visits to job sites to review construction accuracy per the drawings.
  • Quality controls through document checking and employee training
  • Read and understand construction codes.
  • Identify, collect and interpret relevant information needed for the project
Qualifications:

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Required Education – Bachelor/Master of Architecture or CIDA accredited Bachelor/Master degree.
  • Required Software –AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Architectural/Interior Design and construction knowledge required.
  • 5+ years Multifamily / Hospitality experience preferred.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • People Management experience preferred.
  • Preferred ability to influence/collaborate with others including internal resources, consultants and remote teams.
