WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Licensed level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
- 3 years post-licensure experience, with supervision, to provide oversight for clinicians trying to get their LCSW.
- Preferred experiences include Knowledge of PBHS, Caseload Experience, Supervision Experience, and Willingness to provide in-person and virtual services.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Supervisor will assume responsibility for the clinical supervision of professionals providing direct care services. The Clinical Supervisor will be culturally competent/responsive with the training and experience necessary to manage complex cases in the community across child-serving systems. The Clinical Supervisor must work in collaboration with the Program Director and other staff to develop and implement strategies for adherence to supervision requirements. This position customarily and regularly exercises independent judgment and discretion in the execution of job responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervised providers who serve individuals on a week-to-week basis.
- Sign off on necessary Progress notes, Treatment Plans, and Re-authorization when necessary.
- Participate in training and ongoing technical assistance responsibilities for providers.
- Maintain a system of clinical record keeping utilizing KFS documentation.
- Assume responsibility for a monitoring system that includes periodic case reviews.
- Assist with the development and implementation of processes needed to improve service delivery to clients.
- Follow state-regulated supervisory standards.
- Participate in prioritization, overview, and other related meetings as needed by the company or client.
- Review and comprehend all regulations set forth by the client to ensure compliance (HIPAA, record Keeping, etc.)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Education: Master's degree and LMFT, LCSW, LPCMH.
- Experience: 5+ years experience in a related position with 3 of those years from post-graduate experience working directly with emotionally disturbed children and adults, intellectually disabled children, and adults and their families plus 1 year of post-graduate supervisory, experience in an agency providing services to children.
- Skills & Abilities: Excellent time management, communications, presentation, recruitment sales, and strategic thinking and organization skills. Professional appearance and presentation are required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- General office environment.
- Must have the ability to read and respond to emails and accept calls outside of work hours.
- Hours of work; variable, some weekends and evenings necessary.
- Compensation: based on experience.
