Gates Insurance/Farmers Insurance Agency in Meridian, ID is seeking a full-time experienced and fully P&C and Life and Health licensed Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
Our Customer Service Representatives work directly with every new client that signs with the agency. They will ensure that our clients are well informed about our products, made aware of the referral process, and are given a smooth onboarding experience.
They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.
Position can be in person, hybrid or remote.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
MUST BE CURRENTLY P&C Licensed
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring- Process customer policy change requests
- Cross-sell products such as Life insurance
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
- Ask each customer for google reviews

Requirements
MUST BE CURRENTLY P&C Insurance Licensed
Insurance license P&C and life and health required. Insurance customer service experience is required- Proven track record of being a problem solver
- Must be resourceful
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must enjoy being in a competitive environment
