$500 Sign-on bonus with immediate start date! OUR NAIL SPECIALISTS AVERAGE $25-$30/HOUR!! Our pay structure includes a starting BASE wage of $16/hour! In addition to this base wage, you will receive 100% of your gratuities, and have the potential for a service bonus each pay period, a monthly team-based bonus and a quarterly individual bonus! This average means that a full-time (40 hours/week) nail specialist can gross $50,000 to over $60,000/year in income! Typically, full-time associates work 4 full shifts and have 3 days off/week, however, we do have part-time positions available!

Be part of our team in Franklin, which is locally owned and woman operated! We specialize in natural nail care, no harmful fumes, no acrylics or toxic ingredients!

We are looking for a Licensed Manicurist or Licensed Cosmetologist to provide natural nail care to our guests based on their needs and preferences. If you’re willing to learn and know how to provide an excellent guest experience, want a position that allows you to take pride in your work and allows our guests to walk in, but leave feeling renewed, we’d like to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Polish fingernails and toenails
• Clean, cut and shape nails
• Recommend colors, products, and designs based on each guest's style
• Remove previously applied polish
• Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
• Sterilize equipment before use
• Inform guests about additional services and offers (polish pass, products, and incentives)
• Give hand and foot massages during manicure and pedicure services
• Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer)
• Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate
• Apply nontoxic gel extensions

Skills

• Completion of Cosmetology or Manicurist program with valid TN License
• Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
• Experience in customer service
• Brand new to nails? Don't worry, we will train you to be a premier Nail Specialist!
