We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Completes assessments and evaluations that are culturally relevant and appropriate to youth, adults, couples and family strengths and needs, including identification of target behaviors and the function of those target behaviors.
• Independently develops effective treatment plans with clear and measurable intervention strategies, which are tailored to child, adult, couples and family strengths, needs and cultural preferences.
• Providing therapy, treating psychological disorders, and assisting individuals and families to achieve more effective personal and interpersonal adjustment.
• Facilitates the development and refinement of effective behavior and risk specific reactive and proactive safety plans.
• Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of interventions with youth, adults and families.

Qualifications for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker

• Able to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendation for treatment planning and implementation
• Current practitioner license through California state's clinical therapy board
• Able to work independently and as a positive member of a team
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with mentally or emotionally disabled persons and their families
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable treating both routine and serious mental health illness
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Spanish speaker preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
