Continuum is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with a 15-year-old, female, G-Tube-dependent patient who attends school with a nurse in Chesapeake, VA.

Requirements for our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Valid LPN license in the state your case is located, or a compact state nursing license
• Successfully pass a background check
• American Heart Association approved CPR Certification
• Acceptable I-9 documents indicating eligibility to work in the United States
• Copy of current TB results or Chest X-ray if available
• The ability to make independent nursing judgments with minimal supervision

Shifts Available:

• Monday-Friday 730a-5p
