You are a critical part of our interdisciplinary team in that the Social Worker assesses and promotes the social and emotional health and well-being of our residents. The Social Worker provides service to adults and older adults with the goal of affirming the resident’s control over the qualities of their life and continuing to be an active participant in our community.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university preferred. Must be a Licensed Social Worker.
• Previous experience with mature adults preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
