Our mental health practice is looking to hire a skilled therapist to inspire in-treatment changes that empower people to live more fulfilling lives. The successful candidate will cultivate a team environment, manage treatment plans and collaborate with other therapists and psychiatrists. The right individual for this position has a strong commitment to the theory of therapy and an ability to build a strong rapport with clients in person and virtually.

We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about his or her work, dedicated to the positive development of patients, and enthusiastic about being part of an exciting and fun team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients according to a professional code of ethics.
• Assess the patient's physical and mental health.
• Diagnose patients.
• Set and achieve treatment goals.
• Explain the goals and objectives of treatment to patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Communicate with other health care providers.
• Participate in professional development activities.

Job Requirements:

A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

Current, unrestricted licensure as a therapist in the state of Florida and/or Texas (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience providing therapy to diverse populations. Newly licensed are welcome to join.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.

A strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Document all patient interactions in a timely manner.

Eligible for credentialing with all major insurance carriers.

Part-Time with the potential to grow to full-time contractor work hours available. Remote and in-person options are available.
