What you would be doing:

The Life Enrichment Director plays a vital role in the resident's experience and the tone of the facility environment overall. Use your knowledge, skills and talents to develop programs to meet the individual psychosocial needs of the residents and to develop and guide your team members. In the role you will develop, coordinate, implement, oversee, and continuously improve resident activity, social programming, and social functions for the staff.

What your work schedule would be:

This is a full-time position with a typical Monday through Friday work week. Hours and workdays may vary based on resident activities and facility events.

The successful candidate:

• Has a High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Has two years of experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years, one of which was full-time in a resident activities program in a health care setting.

• Has excellent communication skills and customer relations.
