Lighting Quotation Specialist (Elk Grove Village, IL)

Job description

EverLights is seeking a Lighting Quotation Specialist to help provide pricing from small to large building projects.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and utilize our operation system, “SAGE.” Order Entry and manage small jobs
• Learn and utilize our quotation system, “OASIS”.
• Providing Daily lighting quotes to customers on time which include revisions, change orders, etc. and must meet or exceed our existing EverLights standards.
• Looking over electrical drawings and schedule to provide pricing to customers
• Assist in Design build and Value Engineer layouts and estimates
• Provide accurate takeoffs upon request.
• Willingness to learn photometric program.
• Generate submittals and participate in submittal reviews with clients and PMs
• Adhering to the company values and culture standards.
• Participate in team and company meetings.
• Work with your team – from colleagues to salespeople – as back up and/or support.
• Maintain a positive attitude and help promote a positive, strong office culture.
• Offer solutions to any problems that arise whenever possible.

Experience:

• 2+ years of related experience is preferred but not required
• Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
• AGI32 or related photometric experience is preferred

Supervision Received and Exercised:

· Operates under the direct general supervision of the Director of Lighting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
