The Lincoln receptionist is a crucial part of creating a luxury sales and service experience for our customers. This position is responsible for roles in both the service and sales department of Nick Mayer Lincoln Mayfield.
The ideal candidate is organized, prompt, works great with customers and provides a vibrant personality that allows our customers to feel welcomed and comfortable.
Responsibilities include:

• Customer meet and greet
• New and Used vehicle stocking
• Customer satisfaction follow up communications
• Handling inbound service and sales calls
• Setting service and sales appointments
• Providing service customers updates on vehicle status
• Assisting sales professionals with customer needs
• Providing beverage and snack options for customers

Our dealership is rapidly growing, and we need the right people to provide an experience that our customers deserve. We are in the top 3 dealers in the region yearly and consistently find ways to continually enhance our team and customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
