**Local Bar & Grill in Puyallup Area NOW HIRING**

We are looking for positive, motivated, team-oriented people to join the BEST place to be in Pierce County! Must have MAST Card & Food Handlers Card.

Applicants must have at least 3 years experience.
Must be ready to work, we are busy!
All positions must have flexible availability, be extremely reliable and take pride in their work. The job requires long hours on one's feet in a very busy kitchen.

*Must be organized & good under pressure

*Motivated to work high volume shifts

*Understanding of Food Costing and Portioning

*Understanding of Proper Food Handling

*Thrive on a sense of urgency

*Handle, store, and rotate all products and ingredients properly

*Be ready to prepare dishes for costumers with food allergies or intolerance

*Prepare all menu items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

*Follow recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
