1. Fairway Tavern offers American Cuisine with a twist. Expect elevated bar bites along with classic entrees featuring seasonal fresh ingredients. Enjoy your dining experience in our posh yet comfortable tables that are available by reservation or walk in.
2. Fairway Tavern has a chic cocktail bar that boasts a large selection of top shelf liquors and a delightful wine selection. We have 10 beers on tap daily and an extensive cocktail menu.
3. Finally Fairway Tavern has four HD Full Swing golf simulators that add an entertainment feature to our unique concept. Reserve one of our awesome bays right in the dining room or, for a more private option, you can snag the VIP bay with extra room for up to 12 people! Alongside the VIP bay is a room available for larger parties and rental space. So think of fairway tavern for your next celebration!

We are looking for professional kitchen staff. Successful candidates will prepare food in a manner that exceeds Fairway Tavern standards of quality, sanitation, and professionalism. Candidates will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction. He/She will be responsible in the preparation and plating of menu items following recipes and Chef’s demonstrations. Kitchen staff is also responsible for the kitchen’s cleanliness and organization, as well as basic equipment maintenance. Daily tasks will include:
-Assisting with stocking and maintaining stations
-Preparing food including cleaning and cutting ingredients
-Plating various items based on Chef’s Guidance
-Working with FOH to ensure order accuracy
-Cleaning the kitchen including equipment, floor, and
utensils
-Ensuring that the kitchen operation remains consistent
-Assist all stations to ensure a smooth service
-Maintaining professionalism in all aspects of kitchen
operations

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
