The Dallas, Texas office of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, a nationally recognized AV-rated® firm of 200+ attorneys across 17+ offices, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 1 year of substantial defense litigation experience in General Liability and/or Employment Litigation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a defense litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
- Represent clients in a wide range of cases, including Labor & Employment, General Liability, and Complex Commercial Litigation.
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted in Texas (required) and Louisiana (preferred)
- Superior communication, writing and research skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Superior Academic Credentials
