The Philadelphia office of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, a nationally recognized AV-rated® firm of 200+ attorneys across 17 offices, is seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years of defense litigation experience to join its Consumer Financial Services Group. Experience in financial services litigation, regulatory defense, and/or compliance counseling.
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited Law School
- Admission to multiple bars a plus
- Federal and State Court experience
- Experience on the defense side of consumer financial services
- Experience in developing strategy and taking/defending depositions is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing, research, and communications skills
- Must be organized and have the ability to work independently
