Job description

This is a J.D. preferred or experienced paralegal position for the management of foreclosure litigation on behalf of a large mortgage servicer. Job duties include reviewing and approving pleadings, managing litigation timelines, developing case strategy, and working with outside counsel to resolve matters. Residential mortgage loan servicing, debt collection, bankruptcy or general litigation experience a plus, although not required. This is a perfect opportunity to work in a role that is similar to in-house counsel litigation management, but with a reliable 40-hour work week. Salary, bonuses and full benefits available.
