About us

The Ventura County Pirates Baseball Club are a summer collegiate wood bat baseball club. We are a 501(c)3 educational charitable non-profit organization. Our goal is to assist graduating high school seniors and current collegiate baseball players advance and further their education through athletics, baseball specifically. The VC Pirates Baseball Club strives to not only improve college baseball players’ abilities on the baseball diamond but to also develop leaders off the field through our baseball job opportunities and internships. Spending the summer with the VC Pirates working in one of our sports related positions or internships can help those interested in advancing in the sports industry...

Successful candidates music and produce and participate in the presentation of live baseball games for in-stadium fans at all VC Baseball Club home games. This will include coordination of between innings music, as well as, player walk-up music, and various sound effects as appropriate to the baseball game experience. The goal is to enhance the overall experience for those attending games in person and those watching on live-stream.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $150.00 per month

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Valley Glen, CA 91401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Live sports game/fan experience enhancement: 1 year (Preferred)
