Title: Resident Manager (Live-In Caregiver 5 days on and 2 days off) for Adult Foster Home.

Must live in the Oregon area to apply! (Preferably Eugene/Springfield area)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the care and well-being of our residents, including medication administration and creating care plans
• Ensure that the facility is clean, organized, and safe
• Manage staff schedules and maintain adequate staffing levels
• Keep accurate records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Help create a friendly and positive atmosphere in the home

Requirements:

• Experience managing an adult foster home
• A caring and compassionate personality with a strong desire to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing adult foster homes
