Position Overview:
Responsible for the oversight of the Loan Operations Department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Board Commercial, Consumer, Consumer Real Estate and SBA loans on to Jack Henry.
  • Ongoing Servicing of loans in Jack Henry.
  • Processing of loan payments.
  • Processing of participations, i.e. boarding on Jack Henry and processing payments.
  • Scan loan documentation into Jack Henry.
  • Balancing of General Ledgers.
  • Loan File Maintenance in Jack Henry.
  • Customer contact as it relates to servicing.
  • Approve wires.
  • Complete Training as assigned.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Jack Henry Silver Lake strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office programs.

Education:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
